Kore Contact Center was established in 2017 with headquarters in Montego Bay Jamaica and serves as the sales and support center for Atlanta-based software company Pimsware LLC. We are active members of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Jamaica is positioned to increase its capability of being the nearshore vendor of choice with its ever-increasing number of active seats. Our mission at Kore through a partnership with Pimsware is to bring together a cohort of call center professionals across the island, capable of meeting and exceeding the needs of international investors, seeking an opportunity to conduct business in Jamaica.

Through our software (powered by Pimsware) together with our network of call center partners, we endeavor to advance the skills of our Jamaican people, scale up the value chain and rightly position Jamaica as the place to do business.
